Do you go above and beyond to make your customers, prospects, and community members feel more valued and appreciated?  A challenge today is that we live and work in what can sometimes be described as an “Inhospitable” world, where Hospitality isn’t shown as much.  We have the opportunity to change this narrative professionally and personally and create environments of welcome at any time and place.  When this happens, we create storytellers for our brands.  We all have features and benefits about our organizations, but I believe that consumers buy stories just as much as the other two.

As you compete today in a very competitive landscape in your industry, these 5 Laws add value and purpose to the client journey and are also great laws to live by.  And those organizations that follow these laws are the ones that get talked about and become a word that I will create especially for this workshop and your members!

While providing Customer Service can bring in customers, delivering  Hospitality… brings them back.

In this workshop- we will:

1. Focus on concepts that will help you create more storytellers for your

organization, which helps you increase their loyalty, engagement, and retention…

and your revenue.

2. Work on these strategies during this workshop and members will hopefully leave with an action plan to implement to make this happen!

About Bob Pacanovsky

An entrepreneur for 29 years, primarily in the hospitality industry, Bob Pacanovsky, and his team created over 7,000 meetings, events, and receptions (including catering 25 of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Induction events), and had one opportunity to create both a “wow experience” and a lasting impression (or a Black Tie Experience) on his clients and guests.

Now as a keynote speaker and strategic trainer, he uses his two decades of work to teach companies and organizations how to focus on Hospitality, Service Excellence, and Selfless Leadership to create Black Tie Experiences for every client and guest.

Bob has worked with organizations and associations across the country in industries like travel/tourism, healthcare, hospitality, association management, attractions, banking,  and more.  He has achieved Professional Membership in the National Speakers Association (NSA) and is a past president of an NSA chapter.

Bob lives in Akron, Ohio, and is a graduate of The University of Akron with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.  He is a passionate volunteer and has served on numerous non-profit boards, including the Alzheimer’s Association, OPEN M (a Christian Ministry), Jennings Senior Living, Goodwill Industries, and others.
